Biography

Thunderkraft had been founded by Alafern in 2001 FT. The band's original line-up was as follows:

Alafern (guitars), Amorth (drums) Sigurd (guitars), Arturius (bass), Duche (vocals), Olga (keyboards).

Arturius left the band after several rehearsals and Sigurd started playing bass. Helg (Runes of Dianceht, Khors) also had been taking part in Thunderkraft during several months but also left the band soon. Several live performances of Thunderkraft took place in Kharkov in 2002 FT. In the same year a second keyboard-player Ann joined Thunderkraft and Olga left the band a short time later. In 2002 FT Thunderkraft performed on Kolovorot Festival in Kharkov and received favorable reviews both from the Festival organizers, and listeners. Right away after that the band started recording its debut album, and the record session has not finished yet, although the band intends to finish and release it.

Then, due to some social problems and session or additional participation in other projects (such as Astrofaes, Nokturnal Mortum, Lucifugum) an interruption in Thunderkraft's activity followed. The whole 2003 FT had been spent in rare rehearsals and gigs. The band renewed its full-volume activity in 2004 FT. In spite of the vocalist absence, which relocated to other city, Thunderkraft started recording a full-length studio album in Audioalchimia Studio (ex-Beat Studio, Kharkov) in February, 2005 FT
